All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped via USPS with a 5-7 day delivery from the ship date. An email will be sent with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow USPS 24-48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, Continental U.S. shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may impact your estimated delivery date.

If your order is damaged or appears to be lost during shipping, always contact Sergeant Suds Laundry Powder first. Do not attempt to file a claim with USPS yourself. Sergeant Suds Laundry Powder will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund or replacement may be issued.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice to Sergeant Suds Laundry Powder must be made A.S.A.P. to ensure the USPS claim is submitted within the 10 business days from the delivery date guideline.

Photos of damaged items including inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process, and you are responsible for providing them as the recipient.

Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, before consulting with Sergeant Suds Laundry Powder. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress.

When a claim must be filed for a shipment, Sergeant Suds Laundry Powder and you, the recipient, acknowledge both parties' respective responsibilities. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide all necessary items within the USPS guideline timeframe.
